Unboxing Video Requirement: After receiving your parcel, it is mandatory to record a 360° uncut unboxing video. This will be required in the case of a damage claim.
Non-Exchangeable: All purchases are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Handmade Products: All items are handcrafted and may have slight imperfections or variations in design, color, and finish. These variations are not defects but contribute to the unique charm of each handmade piece.
Product Availability: While we strive to ensure all products are in stock for immediate shipment, in rare cases, an item may be unavailable. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price will remain as per the confirmation.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are welcome but must be paid in half before production begins. Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.
